Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AI Wallpaper Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Description of Service

AI Wallpaper Studio is an AI-powered wallpaper generation platform. Users can generate images using AI models, browse community-created wallpapers, and download or set images as desktop backgrounds via the Windows desktop app.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service.

4. Credits & Payments

Free users receive 3 one-time credits. Additional credits and Pro Pass can be purchased through Paddle. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our Refund Policy. Credits never expire.

Pro Pass grants 20 credits plus permanent HD resolution access and unlimited community downloads. Pricing is set by the service provider and may change with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: generate violent, hateful, or sexually explicit content (NSFW filters are enforced); attempt to circumvent content moderation or credit systems; upload copyrighted material without authorization; use the service for commercial redistribution of generated content as a competing service.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of wallpapers you generate. By sharing wallpapers to the community gallery, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute them within the service. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

AI Wallpaper Studio is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to data loss or service interruption. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, you lose access to remaining credits, which are non-refundable.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first.
