Refund Policy

Digital Products

AI Wallpaper Studio sells digital credits and access passes. Because these are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable except in the following cases:

• Duplicate charge — you were charged twice for the same purchase
• Service failure — you purchased credits but the service failed to deliver them to your account
• Technical error — a system error prevented you from using purchased credits

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at fuqi0340@hotmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your transaction ID (found in your Paddle receipt email). We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund is issued.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your bank or payment provider, your account may be suspended until the dispute is resolved. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks where the transaction was validly completed.
